1. Service Guarantee
We are committed to delivering thorough and satisfactory cleaning services to all our clients. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us immediately with accompanying photo evidence.
Upon verification of the deficiency, we will issue a full refund for the service in question.
2. Appointment Notification
Clients will receive an email notification on the day of their scheduled cleaning service, outlining the anticipated arrival time of our cleaning team.
3. Client Presence
It is essential for clients to be present to grant access to our cleaning personnel. Failure to be present during the scheduled cleaning appointment will result in forfeiture of any refund entitlement.
If you are unable to be present, please notify us in advance. Our cleaning team will wait for up to 10 minutes if prior notice is given.
4. Cleaning Supplies
Washdogs will provide all necessary cleaning supplies for the service. Clients are not required to provide any cleaning materials unless there are specific preferences or products requested.
5. Premium Cleaning Services
Our standard cleaning services encompass a wide range of tasks. However, certain situations may require additional attention and specialized products. Clients with areas containing mold, blood, fecal matter, or similar biohazardous substances are required to opt for our premium cleaning packages, namely Bathroom+ or Dorm+.
In the event that premium pricing is not paid for such situations, Washdogs reserves the right to refuse service. Refunds will be issued accordingly.
